Our client required optimal storage for their extensive wine collection, as the warm Australian climate is generally unsuitable for proper wine preservation. They had an unused space adjacent to their garage, which we transformed with a custom-designed solution tailored specifically for that area.
We built the cool room on-site and installed a split mount refrigeration unit. The unit was housed inside the cool room, while the condenser was mounted on the roof, protected by an all-weather cover.
We also installed the temperature controller in an easily accessible and viewable location, setting the room temperature to 14°C for optimal wine storage.
