Our client had been intermittently renting a commercial freezer room to store frozen food for events they hosted on the Gold Coast. However, this arrangement was often inconvenient, so they decided to invest in their own freezer room for greater flexibility and ease of use.
We built a 3m x 2.4m freezer room on a skid base at our warehouse, equipped with a slide-in refrigeration unit, strip curtains, and two swing doors. The strip curtains help minimize the entry of outside air, reducing ice build-up, fog, and condensation.
