Climascope supplies commercial and industrial equipment across Australia. Due to the size, weight, and delivery requirements of many of our products, freight is quoted separately unless expressly stated otherwise.

Freight costs are calculated after checkout based on delivery location, product size, access requirements, and carrier availability.

No delivery obligation arises until the freight quote has been accepted by the customer.
Order Processing & Freight Approval
After you place an order:

Your order is received and acknowledged.

We arrange a freight quote with an appropriate carrier.

The freight quote is provided to you for approval.

Once freight is approved, your order proceeds to scheduling and dispatch.
If a freight quote is not accepted, the order may be placed on hold or cancelled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Delivery Timeframes

Delivery Requirements

If delivery cannot be completed due to site access issues, unavailability, or failure to accept delivery, additional charges may apply.
Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Risk & Title

Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address or upon collection by the customer or their nominated carrier, whichever occurs first.

Title to goods passes in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellations Related to Delivery
If delivery cannot proceed due to customer-related factors (including non-approval of freight, failure to accept delivery, or site access issues), we may:

Any refund, where applicable, may be subject to deduction of reasonable costs incurred.
