Our client required a drying room with a low temperature range of -1° and -2° C required. Using superior quality HVAC systems, we opted to convert a shipping container into a fully sealed and ducted drying room.
We achieved the desired requirements by using a desiccant dehumidifier and chiller in tandem. We ducted the systems externally. Internally we used rows of fabric ducting to evenly and efficiently distribute the cold/dry air into the space.
We worked with Australian based dehumidifier experts, Humiscope to provide a custom designed desiccant dehumidifier capable of creating the ideal conditions for drying our client’s product.
We ran the project in our Gold Coast office, before delivering it to our client in South Australia.
