DIRECTOR
John has over 35 years leading HVAC+R expertise. His in-depth knowledge of HVAC+R systems and his ability to educate both his team and clients, has made him an industry leader within the HVAC+R field. John is a hands-on operator and works collaboratively with his team, clients and contractors.
He brings so much to the table, we’ve had to get a bigger table!
SERVICE TECHNICIAN
A Trade Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic, Henry has been in the industry for over a decade. He hails from the original South Coast Refrigeration and his down-to-earth, charming disposition puts him in favour with all our clients.
He is praised time and time again for his friendly manner, professionalism and dedication to the job.
OPERATIONS MANAGER
With 20+ years of admin experience and a robust understanding of the commercial sector, Katherine drives the business’ daily management. She led Calroy Refrigeration for over a decade and now manages the commercial refrigeration and cool room division.
She makes ‘going the extra mile’ look like a leisurely stroll.
SERVICE COORDINATOR
Ali has been part of the Climascope family since 2022. She has excelled at delivering professional customer service to our clients and created meaningful connections with our commercial clients.
The master of multi-tasking, our techs praise her scheduling prowess.
Service Technician
Years of specialist experience in a range of HVAC+R – from air con and refrigeration to desiccant and refrigerant dehumidifier service, installation, maintenance and repair. Andrew performs detailed onsite assessments of existing equipment and through his years of experience he is able to offer sound, useful and expert advice.
SERVICE TECNICIAN
Sheldon is a technically savvy and a highly skilled cool cat.
He possesses an in-depth understanding of the intricate workings of HVAC+R equipment. Sheldon’s technical know-how coupled with his meticulous nature, ensures that every task he undertakes is executed with precision and attention to detail.
DEEP CLEAN SPECIALIST
When it comes to breathing new life into tired old AC systems, Ben is your go-to. He is meticulous and thorough and with decades of experience he will blast away mould, dirt, dust, and mystery smells, and have your air conditioner running fresher, colder, and more efficiently in no time.
Cleaner air, lower power bills, and zero gunk? Yes please.
APPRENTICE
Kaycee is currently completing his refrigeration and air conditioning apprenticeship. Since joining Climascope in May 2025, he has quickly become a valued member of the team. Always eager to learn and take on new challenges, Kaycee brings enthusiasm and a strong work ethic, making him a great fit within the Climascope family.
